Customer ka order place karna sirf booking request hoti hai; final approval store ki verification ke baad hoti hai.
Store kisi order ko reject, cancel, hold ya modify kar sakta hai agar:

  • Product out of stock ho

  • Customer ki information incomplete ho

  • Suspicious / fraudulent activity ho

  • Payment verify na ho

  • System error ya pricing mistake ho

Customer apna order sirf us waqt cancel kar sakta hai jab tak wo dispatch na ho.
Once shipped, order cancel nahi hota — us par Return/Exchange Policy apply hoti hai.
